Indiana Lien Waiver Rules

Indiana does not require statutory lien waiver forms. Custom waivers are enforceable. Indiana has specific notice requirements for subcontractors that must be followed to preserve lien rights. Waivers should clearly state whether they are conditional or unconditional.
